Refund policy

At Primate Activewear, we want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist with a return or exchange, in line with the following guidelines.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • All tags and labels must be intact.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

  • To return an item, it must be purchased directly from our website (PrimateActivewear.com).

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Initiate a Return or Exchange:

    • Contact our Customer Service team at primateactive@gmail.com or via our website’s Contact Us page with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return.

  2. Prepare Your Item:

    • Place the item(s) in their original packaging (if available).

    • Include the packing slip or order confirmation.

  3. Shipping:

    • You will be responsible for the shipping cost unless the return is due to a faulty or damaged item.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time for refunds typically takes 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item. We will process your return and refund once we’ve received the returned item.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items purchased with a gift card.
